  I would not have thought of buying a sled out at RL till one of my buds suggested them for their great sales and service. I have not had a bad experience with RL sales, service, or parts. Always helpful!!

  When asked what the benefit was to buying from a small business, he said ... "little things like dealing with warranty issues". Other than that, there was no benefit. I will simply look for price and convenience, and maybe bake a pie.

  All I asked from RL Equipment was to give me the cowling at cost to help me. They wouldn't tell me the cost price but were willing to drop 10% off the $550. I am a potential return customer ... camp, large property ... sled, quad etc. What are they thinking? I won't shop there again.

  Been dealing with RL for many years with various toys -ATV, Motorcycle- and have relatives purchase multiple vehicles. You won't find better service anywhere else in the area guaranteed. The staff is always knowledgeable and helpful, definitely worth the drive if you aren't from the area.

  I thought dealing with a small business would be helpful. I purchased a Yamaha 8hp motor 4 months ago. Through my own fault and Mother Nature, my boat and motor got pulled into the lake and dishwashed so bad the boat was crunched, transom broken and motor mangled and sent to the bottom of the lake. Incidently, my dock and crib full of rocks were also pulled into the water. I brought the motor to a mechanic here in town, who told me the cost of a cowling would be $550 ... wow for a $2500 motor this is one expensive cowling. Total parts were $1300, with the cowling being the one item that was shocking. I said I would see if my dealer RL Eq't) would show any sympathy for me and I .would look to buy a cowling
